Panda Software Deutschland hat eine Warnung vor einem neuen Schädling namens W32/Oror ausgesprochen. Allerdings sind bislang noch keine Meldungen über Infektionen „in the wild“ eingegangen. Auch der zu befürchtende Schaden konnte von Panda nicht genannt werden.
Der Wurm verbreite sich wie üblich via E-Mail. Die Nachricht enthalte einen Anhang der vom Wurm zufällig aus folgender Liste ausgewählt wird:

Ich versteh das nicht. Laufend wird vor davor gewarnt Dateianhänge von emails zu öffnen. Und trotzdem gibt es unzählige die alle Warnungen ignorieren und draufklicken.<br />
Na und dann ist das Geschrei groß. Hilfe ich habe einen Virus – wie konnte das nur passieren – was kann ich tun – hab leider kein Backup…<br />
Wie gesagt, ich versteh es nicht.

Diese Viren werden allgemein als harmlose Datei getarnt, die sich z.B. in Outlook Express automatisch öffnet, ohne dass der Leser klicken muss. Weitere Infos zu diesem Thema sowie einen online-Spam-und-Virenkiller gibt es hier:
